Xiaozhuang Dong is the vice chairman of Chengdu Artist Consortium and a trustee of Ex Libris Research Institute of China. Based on his efforts, Xiaozhuang International Graphic (Ex Libris) Collection Gallery is becoming one of the largest private collections of Ex Libris in China.
